Currently in Poland, it is possible to rate buildings in two systems : BREEAM International Bespoke and LEED. Both of them are remotely administrated in Great Britain and USA. PLGBC has signed agreement with BRE and finished negotiations with USGBC - about exclusive work on adaptation of the systems to the local polish conditions and regulations. After finishing this process - registration, administration and certification will be inseparable element of our Councils' activity.
